Required Prerequisites
Remember that not all programs are the same pre-reqs, some may require classes that other programs don't, so make sure to do your research on the specific programs your are applying to. Most prerequisites are generally the same throughout most programs. Here is a list of the typical PT prerequisites:

Chemistry II
Statistics
Psychology (Intro, Abnormal and/or developmental)
Anatomy and physiology I
Anatomy and physiology II

Community College
Remember that one way or another these pre-reqs need to get done. Like I said earlier, many people do them as part of their major. Another popular way of completing them is doing all the prereqs at a community college after completing your bachelors degree. This allows you to focus solely on the pre-reqs classes and also, many people say that classes at community colleges are easier (this is only what I've heard so don't assume this to be true in every case). I have heard rumors that schools look down on classes taken at community college, but I have seen no hard evidence of this. I know of several cases of students getting accepted into great programs who did their pre-reqs at a community college. It is all about your preference and what works best for you, your schedule, and your budget.
